This policy covers gameplay, optional advertising and purchases, campaign measurement, and our website and support. Processing depends on the version and features you use.
01. Who we are
First Zero Studio develops Fury Road Survivor. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the game, visit this website, or contact us. First Zero Studio is responsible for the information it processes as described here.

Some game versions or regions may not offer advertising, purchases, or measurement features. The related processing described below occurs only where those features are enabled; this policy does not itself enable data collection.
02. Information and purposes
Game progress and settings
The game stores progress, upgrades, preferences, and in-game journey images on your device to provide gameplay and resume your progress. Journey images are generated from the game; they are not photos from your camera or photo library. Local-only data is not sent to us merely because it is saved. The game does not require a First Zero Studio account.
Advertising
In versions with advertising enabled, advertising services can process an advertising identifier or other app/device identifiers, IP address, device and operating-system details, language, approximate location inferred from IP, ad requests, impressions, clicks, and diagnostics. These data support ad delivery, frequency limits, reward completion, reporting, and fraud prevention. Personalized advertising, where offered, depends on applicable law, consent, age-related restrictions, and your choices. Exact data fields and recipients depend on the services listed below.
Purchase information
In versions offering in-app purchases, Google Play handles payment. The game processes product identifiers, purchase tokens, purchase status, and entitlement information to grant and restore purchased features and prevent duplicate or invalid transactions. We do not receive your full payment-card number from Google Play. If you contact us about a purchase, you may choose to provide an order reference.
Installation attribution and measurement
We have selected AppsFlyer (AF) for commercial-release attribution and campaign measurement. In versions with AppsFlyer enabled, information processed can include install/referral and campaign information, advertising identifiers where available and permitted, an AppsFlyer-generated identifier, IP address, device and app details, installation or launch timestamps, and configured app events. These support install attribution, campaign measurement, and fraud detection. Purchase or advertising-revenue events are sent only if specifically implemented and configured. Versions without AppsFlyer enabled do not send data to it. The final SDK settings and event fields will be checked before the feature is released.
Support messages
If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any information or attachments you choose to provide. We use them to respond, investigate issues, and handle privacy requests. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card details, or unrelated sensitive information.
Website delivery and security
This website uses Cloudflare for hosting and security. When you open it, the hosting service processes connection information such as your IP address, requested URL, browser details, and time of access to deliver and protect the site. The page files do not include advertising, analytics scripts, forms, third-party fonts, or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may process technical information or use security mechanisms under its own privacy notice.
03. Services and recipients
Information is disclosed to the services used to provide the features above, to service providers handling support and infrastructure, and where necessary to comply with lawful requests, protect rights, or investigate fraud. Access should be limited to what each purpose requires.

Ad mediation can involve multiple ad networks; we will identify actual recipients before enabling them. If we change attribution providers, we will first update this policy and the relevant privacy choices before enabling new processing. This list is not consent to tracking.
Providers may act as processors or as independent controllers for some of their own purposes. Their notices explain those roles and choices. The current test version does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Before introducing processing that falls within those terms under applicable law, we will explain the affected data and available opt-out choices.
04. Your choices and rights
You can contact elendilzhu@gmail.com about information we hold, including requests for access, correction, deletion, a copy, or restrictions or objections to processing where applicable. We may need proportionate information to verify a request, and will respond within the period required by applicable law. You may complain to your local data-protection authority.
Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal. Before enabling advertising or attribution, we will provide any required consent controls and explain how to change your privacy choices. Android also provides advertising-privacy settings; changing those settings does not necessarily remove all non-personalized ads or all identifiers used for essential functions.
You can delete local game data through Android's app-storage controls or by uninstalling the game. This removes local progress and settings and may be irreversible. It does not erase Google Play's transaction records or information separately held by a service provider. Contact us for information held by First Zero Studio; use a provider's own privacy controls for data it controls independently.
05. Legal grounds
Where the law requires a legal basis, we process information as necessary to provide requested gameplay, purchases, and support; for legitimate interests such as maintaining security, investigating faults, and preventing fraud where those interests are not overridden by your rights; to meet legal obligations; or with consent where required. Advertising personalization and access to device information use the basis required by the applicable law and implementation. We do not treat merely opening this policy as consent.
06. Retention and deletion
Local progress and preferences remain on your device until removed or replaced. Support correspondence is kept for as long as needed to resolve the request and any related dispute or legal obligation, and then deleted or de-identified. Purchase and entitlement information is retained as needed to provide purchased features, restore purchases, prevent fraud, and meet applicable recordkeeping duties.
If advertising or attribution is introduced, we will disclose applicable retention information and configured limits before collection begins. Provider-controlled records may follow their own retention policies. Requests cannot always remove records that must be kept by law; where an exception applies, we will explain it. You can contact us for retention information applicable to your request.
07. Security and transfers
We use measures appropriate to the information and risk, including limiting access to support records and using secure connections for online services. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.
Service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where legally required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections or recognized adequacy mechanisms. Contact us for information about safeguards applicable to your data.
08. Adults aged 18 and over
Fury Road Survivor is intended for players aged 18 and over and is not directed to children or anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
If you believe someone under 18 has provided personal information to us, please contact elendilzhu@gmail.com. If we become aware of such information, we will take appropriate steps to delete it and address any related processing by our service providers, subject to applicable legal requirements.
09. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when the game's features, providers, or information practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision. This policy applies when published on our website. Material changes will be brought to your attention as required, and new consent will be obtained where required before affected processing begins.
